Operators credit BTC deposits after their own confirmation policy - commonly 1-3 confirmations (roughly 10-30 minutes per confirmation); Lightning deposits credit near-instantly. A credit that takes up to an hour on-chain can be normal, not theft. And a transaction ID alone proves the send: paste it into an explorer to see the confirmations yourself - if the deposit shows confirmed and the book has not credited it after their stated policy, quote both in your support ticket.
